HIROKI ASANO

Executive Director of Oriraku Asano Co., Ltd.Born in 1989, from Kyoto City. He majored in graphic design at the Kyoto College of Art and Design. From 2012, he studied under the designer Hidekazu Sato. In 2014, he joined his family business, the Nishijin weaving company "Oriraku Asano." He is involved in designing obi and kimono, developing textile art pieces using Nishijin obi fabrics, and expanding these works overseas.
